Payment and Ordering
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Shopify Pay. Payment for products is due when your order is placed. For bulk or custom orders please contact contactus@2ndstorygoods.com.
Wholesale Minimum
In an effort to make starting a relationship easy for you, we do not have one.
Turnaround Time
Orders placed on Faire are shipped from our US warehouse within 3 business days.
Orders placed on this site, wholesale.2ndstorygoods.com are made to order and have a 6-8 week lead time. You will receive an email response within 3 days to confirm product availability, lead time, and collect payment.
Packaging
All products come with removable 2nd Story Goods or Haiti Design Co tags that do not include SKUs or pricing info.
